Access to Digital Literacy in Education

Digital literacy is very much dictated by the number of resources in an area therefore, areas with a plethora of resources use technology as an add-on rather than an additional tool for teaching. In areas without resources, teachers must work much harder to make sure students are given any exposure to technology in order to develop their digital literacy.
